Please note that the surgery procedure for issuing prescriptions is 3 working days so please allow time for the staff and GP’s to be able to organise your medication before heading to the pharmacy to collect or before calling us to check on the status.

Remember we are not open weekends, so these days do not count towards the 3 day processing procedure. So, if you submit your slip after 3pm any day it will be processed the next working day, for example on Friday if you drop your slip into us after 3pm, it will be processed the following Monday and your prescription should be ready on the Thursday as this is 3 working days.
