Request an appointment by visiting our Consulting Room.

Please provide as much detail as possible in order for us to assess the degree of urgency and help you to obtain the earliest appointment. All information given is treated with total confidentiality.

Urgent cases are seen on the day. You can request an appointment at any time and these will be reviewed from 08:00. Morning consultations run from 08:00-12:00 and afternoon consultations from 14:30-18:30.

You may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP or wish to request an appointment for a particular day or time slot. Nurses based in our practice treat patients for a wide range of common conditions. You can expect to see a nurse within one working day.

Let us know if more than one person in the family needs to be seen (we can give you a longer appointment if necessary.)

Please tell us if you would like a staff member to accompany you during an examination or a private room to discuss any matters. Remember that test results can only be given to the patient.

You can request to have a telephone consultation with a doctor. He or she will ring you at an agreed time on the telephone number you have given.

If you need an interpreter, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a longer appointment and interpreting services if necessary.

Online Services Appointments

Appointments can be viewed, made or cancelled using our online service, SystmOnline. In order to sign up to this service you will need to complete our online form and then come into the practice to provide ID to complete the registration.
